The information about olive growing and olive oil production was fascinating, the automated pressing machines were neat, AND THEN CAME THE TASTING! Yummy bread, cheese, yogurt, ham, honey, herbs, and some of the best olive oil I’ve tasted. We had enough that it counted as lunch for us. Of course we had to buy some oil and things to take home for a good memory. This was an excellent value. Also, easy to get to by taxi from the cruise port. Kleanthi, you guys rock.
