The information about olive growing and olive oil production was fascinating, the automated pressing machines were neat, AND THEN CAME THE TASTING! Yummy bread, cheese, yogurt, ham, honey, herbs, and some of the best olive oil I’ve tasted. We had enough that it counted as lunch for us.
