“It was a lot of fun! The bus had AC which was GREAT! The driver was very experienced on the mountain roads. The tour guide was EXCELLENT. Funny and informative. The biggest downside is none of the expenses are actually included in the ticket. You have to pay for the Zeus cave. The first monastery and lunch (great food btw). The cave also has a VERY steep uphill walk. You cannot push a wheelchair up, or if anyone has any disabilities I would not recommend this trip. Any asthma issues, I’d stay behind. The information about olive growing and olive oil production was fascinating, the automated pressing machines were neat, AND THEN CAME THE TASTING! Yummy bread, cheese, yogurt, ham, honey, herbs, and some of the best olive oil I’ve tasted. We had enough that it counted as lunch for us. Of course we had to buy some oil and things to take home for a good memory. This was an excellent value. Also, easy to get to by taxi from the cruise port. Kleanthi, you guys rock.
