“Our guide was knowledgeable. 3 star rating as i find the operator not trustworthy. One of our friend fell sick and we contacted the operator to check and move the tour to next day. Their first response was that they have already bought entrance tickets. When we said we’ll pay for those if they’ll help us change date to next day, their response changed to all the tours for tomorrow are sold out. Which was not true we could find availability on Viator and could very well book the tour for next day (i have screenshots of the booking page) I would caution anyone booking this as they weren’t truthful…”
